中國(guó)政府承諾未來(lái)5年讓5500多萬(wàn)農(nóng)村貧困人口擺脫貧困。并提出要加強(qiáng)國(guó)際減貧領(lǐng)域交流合作，通過(guò)對(duì)外援助、項(xiàng)目合作、技術(shù)擴(kuò)散、智庫(kù)交流等多種形式，加強(qiáng)與發(fā)展中國(guó)家和國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu)在減貧領(lǐng)域的交流合作。積極借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)減貧理念與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，履行減貧國(guó)際責(zé)任，積極落實(shí)聯(lián)合國(guó)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程，對(duì)全球減貧事業(yè)作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
南南合作減貧知識(shí)分享網(wǎng)站旨在搭建一個(gè)分享國(guó)際減貧信息和中國(guó)扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的平臺(tái)，網(wǎng)站提供減貧與包容性增長(zhǎng)等方面的最新研究成果、減貧新聞、專家意見(jiàn)、研究趨勢(shì)、減貧信息分享等，為各國(guó)政府部門、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等關(guān)注和從事減貧工作的群體及公眾提供信息服務(wù)。
該網(wǎng)站為全英文，內(nèi)容涵蓋中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放30余年來(lái)的減貧成果，以及來(lái)自各國(guó)的減貧信息，包括論文、書籍、新聞、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)等，擁有圖片、視頻等不同表現(xiàn)形式。
該項(xiàng)目由世界銀行發(fā)起，亞洲開(kāi)發(fā)銀行支持，中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新聞中心旗下的中國(guó)發(fā)展門戶網(wǎng)（www.chinagate.cn）與中國(guó)國(guó)際扶貧中心聯(lián)合運(yùn)營(yíng)。來(lái)自亞洲、非洲和南美洲的減貧智庫(kù)也受邀加入了該平臺(tái)。

Brief Introductions of Global Poverty Reduction
& Inclusive Growth Portal (GPIG)
As the newly-revealed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) required, extreme poverty should be eliminated by 2030 worldwide. Governments, NGOs and individuals should join efforts to meet this ambitious goal. Meanwhile, China has issued the Decision to Win the Battle against Poverty, to adopt “extraordinary measures” to end poverty by 2020.
The Global Poverty Reduction & Inclusive Growth Portal (GPIG) http://www.iprcc.org.cn/South/Index/index.html aims to become a platform to share knowledge on poverty reduction policies and best practices in China and around the world. The portal offers information on the latest research in the fields of poverty reduction and inclusive growth, experts’ opinions, events, and news on trends and further opportunities for research, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives available to our network of partners, to policy makers and to the general public.
This website covers poverty reduction portal is also a repository for papers, books, news, and statistics that can be accessed using multi-media files. It focuses on introducing China’s poverty reduction efforts since the reform and opening up in 1970s, as well as experts’ opinions, features and latest theories and researches.
Initiated by the World Bank and supported by the Asian Development Bank, this project is co-established and operated by the China International Poverty Reduction Center (IPRCC) and China Development Gateway (CnDG). Think tanks from Asia, Africa and South America are also invited to participate in and contribute their experiences to this platform.
The medium-term objective of the portal is to offer all partners an equal chance to share their knowledge and experiences while becoming one of the most relevant and acknowledged digital resources for practitioners and policy-makers.
